Engineering Manager in the Energy Sector
Chartered engineer with 16 years’ experience in the design, engineering and management of oil and gas developments. Currently is the XSIGHT UK Engineering Manager. My role is to manage and grow the subsea engineering team of XSIGHT worldwide. Established a new team to reach 40 engineers and managers in the UK. Planned and structured the team growth and organization chart.
In a relatively new division my focus is on growing an Engineering and tendering team with the appropriate ingredients and mix of work experience, skill set and team dynamics to achieve effective and most importantly a happy team. Shifting the focus towards my team in KL and Jakarta.
Main challenge is to navigate the team through the current pandemic situation and the energy transition.
Experienced in introducing and implementation of HPC and cloud computing to perform numerical analysis on a corporate level using Azure. Utilizing OFFICE 365 to enhance communication and collaboration among project team.
